It was time to start doing some Deviate re-issues after we had many requests about this. So we continue the ‘Remastered Bits’ serie with a wonderful release that was available on vinyl on the Nottingham label Mobile Trax including the original version and a Swirl People remix of ‘Groovin’ All Night’. For those who didn’t knew this yet: Deviate is the solo project of Swirl People racketeer Dimitri Dewever. The 3rd cut ‘Funkaziler’ was released on the San Diego deep house imprint Lowndown back in the golden years of this label. All these goodies are back available for you, remastered in a 2011 standard quality!

The opening track of our first Swirl People album 'Hi Mom, Let's Dance' came to my attention again today. This track is 12 years old but still sounding fresh in our humble opinion! Timeless!
Gotta love these guys! Ken and Juan don't spin together anymore nowadays but back then they were HOT in the US and beyond. Just discovered this mixtape they did in 1999 with Swirl People's 'Make Up Your Mind' on 4:49 and Swirl People's 'You Don't Stop' on 54:00. Nice mix fellas! Thanks!
Who remembers this one? Must have been around 2000 this great epic remix from Jori Hulkkonen. We are toying with the idea to re-release this in a better mastered version... Yay or nay?
